We're back with another great addition to your cocktail kit: the Napier Jigger, a reproduction of a vintage design from the golden era of cocktails.
Jiggers are also often called pourers, measurers, or measuring cups. A good Jigger should:
- Accurately measure cocktail ingredients
- Account for commonly used measurements
- Be easy to read and use
- Never break
- Bring delight and satisfaction
We've done it all - and we think you'll fall in love with the Napier as much as we did.

Hi Backers!
It's been 2 1/2 years since we shipped Napier Jiggers out to this great group of Backers! One of the things that we've heard consistently from our community since then is the need for more education around cocktails: you've loved the in-depth cocktail recipes that we've published via socials and on our blog, and have been very vocal about asking for more.
We are so excited to agree with you, and have been working for the last 6 months on an idea called The Cocktail Journey. We soft-launched to a group of about 50 members in December, and have been building out the experience. It's now ready to share with the world!

Two years ago we moved into a live/work loft with the intent of making more photo and video content. Our home bar and production studio are central to the space. We shipped all rewards from the Napier Jigger Kickstarter to backers in November 2018, but we know that some of you may still have some pending issues with your pledge. Hi Backers & Friends!
It's been a year since we sent out all those shiny new Napier Jiggers. We are so proud of the work we did together! If you haven't made it to our Store yet, you can shop all finishes of jiggers, as well as our other barware: Cocktail Kits, Barspoons, Muddlers, and other fun stuff, like this art installation:
We're Raising Prices: After 5 years of making high-quality barware, we've never raised our post-Kickstarter retail prices. We've continuously improved the quality of our tools, and at the same time experienced increased costs for materials, labor, and postage and shipping expenses. We'll be raising our prices in 2020, and want to give you fair warning before we do so.
Where's My Reward? We are still receiving a trickle of emails and comments from those of you who haven't received your rewards. Believe it or not, there are still a few dozen unanswered surveys. As we've mentioned in updates and comments, if you need help with your pledge, please send an email to [email protected] and we'll get it sorted, or CLICK HERE to go directly to Backerkit to complete your survey.

Gold & Silver Jiggers - DECEMBER Status & Shipping Update

Hi Backers,
This is just a quick update regarding the 24K Gold and Silver Jiggers. The secondary plating process took longer than our plating contractor quoted; mostly because they were overwhelmed with a huge influx of plating projects for the holidays (4-5x their normal volume). They also needed some extra time to figure out custom plugs, time for additional polishing that was required, and to perfect the racking solution (how the jiggers are held as they are submerged in the plating baths), so there would be no marks leftover from the process.
Current status: they will be ready for us to pick up from the plating plant today. I'm sure the plating contractor will be happy to have these jiggers back in my hands, as I've been calling them every single day since December 1st to check on the status!
We are glad that they were able to finish this project before they close down the factory for the holidays, but are disappointed that it took as long as it did (on top of all the delays that we have already experienced with this project). Because it is now so close to the holidays, we will not be able to ship them out to backers until after Christmas. We hope to have all orders containing 24K Gold and Silver jiggers shipped one week from today, by December 28th. We plan on personally packing and shipping these orders, since it would take even longer for us to provide them to our fulfillment partner, and we want to avoid any additional delays.
As some of these may be earmarked as holiday gifts, please know that we tried everything we could to have them out to you as soon as possible; we are doing the best that we can!
If, as a result of these items being delayed past the holiday season, you would like us to ship your order to a different address or to a gift recipient directly, please send a request to [email protected] by December 26th, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
